By creating an account on Board, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Directors who apply to be listed on Board agree that the information they submit is accurate and up to date. Board reserves the right to remove any listing that contains false or misleading information. Approved listings may be removed at any time at Board's discretion.
Companies agree to use Board solely for the purpose of finding qualified board directors. Vacancy postings must be genuine and accurate. Board reserves the right to remove postings or suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
You may not use Board to scrape data, spam users, misrepresent your identity, or engage in any activity that is unlawful or harmful to other users. Accounts found in violation will be suspended immediately.
Board is an introduction platform only. We do not guarantee any outcome from connections made through the platform. Any arrangement between a director and a company is solely between those parties. Board is not a party to any such arrangement.
Board provides the platform on an as-is basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy of director profiles or the suitability of any director for any role. To the extent permitted by law, Board's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
